Chronic disease is not just a diagnosis.

It’s a biological process influenced by aging, inflammation, metabolism, stress, environment, resilience, and the choices we make every day.

Most people think aging simply happens to them.

But emerging science tells a more hopeful story.

What if understanding the biology of aging could help you think differently about chronic disease, brain health, resilience, and long-term vitality?

Inside Reclaim Your Healthspan, Dr. Terry Wahls translates advanced clinical concepts from longevity medicine, functional medicine, aging biology, circadian science, neuroprotection, and resilience research into practical insight you can actually use.

Whether you are living with chronic illness, concerned about cognitive decline, supporting a loved one, or simply determined to age differently, this course offers a powerful new lens.

This is your invitation to optimize your healthspan, not just your lifespan.

Cutting-Edge Science to Help You Better Understand Aging, Chronic Disease, and Long-Term Vitality

Learn the emerging science of aging biology, epigenetics, circadian medicine, neuroprotection, and resilience—and discover what leading IFM and A4M-trained clinicians are applying to help patients stabilize and reverse chronic disease.

We're living longer, but are we living well?

Modern medicine has helped extend lifespan.

But for many people, those extra years are marked by:

chronic fatigue

autoimmune disease

brain fog

pain

metabolic dysfunction

declining mobility

cognitive concerns

more medications

less independence

This is the growing gap between lifespan and healthspan.

Lifespan = how long you live.
Healthspan = how long you live well.

And that distinction changes everything.

Because aging is not simply about the passage of time.

It’s influenced by biology.

By inflammation.

By mitochondrial function.

By circadian signaling.

By stress physiology.

By environmental inputs.

By gene expression.

And understanding those forces gives you a better framework for influencing your future health.

What if you could think like the best clinicians in longevity medicine?

This program is built around emerging concepts being explored and applied by leaders in:

  • Functional Medicine (IFM)

  • Longevity / Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M)

  • Neuroprotection

  • Mitochondrial medicine

  • Circadian biology

  • Aging science

  • Epigenetics

  • Cognitive resilience research

This is not surface-level wellness advice.

This is a deeper clinical understanding of what influences chronic disease progression and healthy aging.

Who is Dr. Terry Wahls?

When you’re committed to transforming your health, you want Dr. Terry Wahls on your team.

Dr. Terry Wahls is a physician-scientist who conducts clinical research and has published more than 65 peer-reviewed scientific abstracts, posters, and papers, which have been cited more than 1,800 times by other scientists.

In addition to being a medical doctor, Dr. Wahls is also a patient with a chronic, progressive disease. She was diagnosed with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis in 2000, and by 2003, she had transitioned to secondary progressive multiple sclerosis and was forced to rely on a tilt/recline wheelchair for mobility.

She had severe pain due to trigeminal neuralgia. At the height of her disease progression, she was too weak to sit up in a regular chair and was confined to bed or a zero-gravity chair that kept her knees higher than her nose. It was at this stage that Dr. Wahls began to study nutrition, lifestyle, and functional medicine in hopes of slowing her decline. Little did she realize she’d be able to reverse the damage.

Dr. Wahls now bikes to work and jogs in the neighborhood. She is committed to doing research that will change the standard of care so that all MS and neuroimmune patients are told that diet and lifestyle changes are key to restoring health.

The Wahls Protocol®: A Radical New Way to Treat All Chronic Autoimmune Conditions Using Paleo Principles comes from Dr. Wahls’ own quest to treat the debilitating symptoms she experiences as a sufferer of progressive MS.

Her methods have since become a worldwide sensation, transforming the lives of people with complex chronic illnesses.
